To ensure our Ice Skating Staff give their full attention to customers arriving to prepare for their skating session, and to avoid mistakes, cancellations cannot be authorised at the check in desk or anywhere on site. Any reasonable claim for a refund will only be considered if made in writing to christmas@wlgv.co.uk. We are sure you appreciate that attempting to deal with reasonable requests for a refund in any other way during this very busy time of year may result in errors or misunderstandings.
